SUMMARY

The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests when at the Club for a private or Club-sponsored event. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience and exceeding member expectations. While executing member and club-hosted events

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior banquet or server experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
• Experienced point of sales user
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 50 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Expected to work during our Golf season, mid-April to December
• Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
