WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Coordinate the day-to-day activities and responsibilities associated with the Patient Service.
Evaluate financial impact of existing or new programs or procedures.
Ensure the visibility of the patient representative program.
Acknowledge reported concerns within 24 hours and provide necessary follow-up.
Coordinate the patient survey reports and forward all survey complaints to Patient Advocates when indicated.
Maintain responsibility for inter-and intra-departmental communication, special projects, and services.
Promote patient and co-worker experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree - Required
5 years Customer Service - Required
1 year Retail - Preferred
Healthcare Experience - Highly Desired
Prime Healthcare will add the 214‑bed Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital and Franciscan’s Illinois operations, including Specialty Physicians of Illinois LLC, Working Well’s Illinois operations, Franciscan Health & Fitness Center Chicago Heights, Home Care, and Chicago Heights Walk-In Clinic, to its system.
