We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and exceptional attention to detail to join our team as a Sleep Equipment Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering comprehensive on-the-job training and the chance to grow within our expanding healthcare team. As a valued member of our clinical department, you will play a key role in empowering patients to effectively manage their health conditions, improving their overall well-being and quality of life. You will provide education, support, and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals—promoting positive clinical outcomes, self-management, and informed decision-making. Location: This role is primarily based on-site at our Olympia, WA branch. Some flexibility is required, as the individual will be expected to provide support and float between branches within their designated geographic area based on business needs. We also offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program to help ensure your success.  Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to: Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct upon medical devices such as CPAP / Bi-level. Inspect and test equipment function as necessary Provide timely follow-up for patients and caregivers as needed Complete documentation thoroughly in a timely manner as required Qualifications Valid Driver’s License and vehicle to use for home visits Ability to work independently  Quick learner in a fast-paced environment  NO LICENSE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED
