Sonic Summary

PSG is seeking skilled window installers with proven experience in residential window replacement.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with various types of windows, including nail flange, block frame, retro fit/sloped sill, and full-frame wood replacements.
A competitive salary is offered, along with a flexible schedule.
Applicants are required to have EPA LRRP certifications for pre-1978 work and must be able to complete installations from start to finish with quality workmanship.
A background check is mandatory, and candidates must provide insurance and valid contracting licenses as per state regulations.

Scope of Work (Experience Required)

Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):

Nail Flange windows (with trim)
Block Frame windows
Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
Full-frame wood window replacements
Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential window replacement
EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Reliable transportation
Background Check: Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.

Additional Requirements:

Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees.
Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.
