About the Role:

Join Restoration 1 of Mt Pocono as a Construction Foreman in Olyphant, PA, where you will lead our dedicated team in restoring properties to their former glory. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the restoration industry while working with a company that values quality and teamwork.

Compensation:

$24–$26+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure high-quality work.
Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and skilled workforce.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role in the restoration industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
