About the Role:

Starting at $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings through training and certifications.

Responsibilities:

Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects.
Perform cleanup and restoration tasks in residential and commercial properties.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
Utilize equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in restoration or construction is a plus.
Must be available for flexible work hours, including weekends.
