Metro Stars Gymnastics is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Guest Services Director to lead our customer service team and enhance the experience of every guest who visits our facility. As the Guest Services Director, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring that every visitor receives outstanding service and that our staff is motivated and well-trained. If you're passionate about creating welcoming environments and have exceptional leadership and communication skills, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Guest Services team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
  • Monitor and evaluate guest services performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Plan and organize guest engagement initiatives and events to promote community relations
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service, preferably in a recreational or athletic setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating positive experiences for guests
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
  • Experience developing training programs and materials for staff
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
