Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 2:00 PM – until work is done
Pay: $24–$27/hr (DOE)

Position Summary

We’re hiring a Lead to support 2nd-shift operations in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment. This role is hands-on and focused on helping the team hit daily goals while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team on the floor during 2nd shift
• Help prioritize daily workload to meet production/warehouse goals
• Ensure safety practices are followed in a cold environment
• Communicate updates, issues, and progress to supervisors
• Jump in as needed to keep work moving and deadlines met

Requirements

• Prior lead/crew lead experience preferred (DOE)
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Reliable attendance for Monday–Saturday
• Comfortable working until the work is completed
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and perform physical tasks as needed
