Food Service Director

Description

As the Food Service Director you are responsible for overseeing all food service operations, ensuring food quality standards,

driving sales growth, maintaining compliance, and supporting team development. This role partners closely with store

leadership and operations teams to create an upscale customer experience while improving efficiency and profitability.

What You'll do as a Food Service Director:

• Oversee food service operations across multiple store locations
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are maintained
• Support recruiting, training, and development of kitchen and food service team members
• Monitor food costs, waste, inventory, and profitability
• Develop and implement operational procedures and food programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Conduct store visits, audits, and operational reviews
• Coordinate and support grand openings, promotions, and food initiatives
• Partner with vendors and suppliers regarding product and inventory needs
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve performance
• Support scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency
