About This Opportunity

Seeking a dependable and organized Service Dispatcher to support daily office operations for a growing local service company specializing in handyman services, plumbing, and water treatment. This position is primarily work-from-home, with initial in-person training and weekly in-person meetings at the Omaha home office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and office support experience who enjoys helping coordinate schedules, communicating with customers, and supporting a fast-paced service team.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days 

Assignment Details

Pay: $19.23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM 

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire 

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Client Interview Required
• Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual a plus)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls 
• Schedule estimates and coordinate service appointments 
• Build and maintain customer records 
• Assist with estimates and invoices using QuickBooks Online 
• Support office operations and process development 
• Communicate effectively with customers and service teams

Requirements

•   Previous office/customer service experience 
• Experience using QuickBooks Online 
• Strong phone and communication skills 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home 
• Reliable transportation for weekly in-person meetings and training 
• Must have: 
  • Up-to-date computer 
  • Reliable phone 
  • High-speed internet access
          (Company equipment is not provided until hired onto client payroll)
