Monday–Thursday is 8am-5pm with the option to work from home on Tuesday. Friday is a work from home, half-day from 8am-12pm.  Salary Range: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year.    About Hurrdat:  Hurrdat is one of a kind. A media, marketing, and entertainment agency.  We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes. After a decade of growth later we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, film, and PR divisions.  Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people.   We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations.    About the role:  As an Account Manager, you'll manage client facing relationships and work collaboratively with the client and our team of experts to coordinate the planning, scheduling, and managing of projects and deliverables.  The Account Manager is the main point of contact for both the client and our internal team. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure that the client’s expectations and deliverables are met.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, deadline driven and has a strong attention to detail. You must also have exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while positively motivating the team.  Authenticity and follow-through are a must. You must be willing to own your wins and losses and share them to make yourself, our clients, and our team better.  This position reports directly to our Lead Account Manager, and is based in our Omaha office and may require non-traditional work hours    Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):  Align client expectations and deliverables with company resources  Confidently present information to clients by email, over the phone, and/or in person  Analyze trends and communicate with clients to clarify customer goals and ensure alignment with business objectives  Deliver quality reports by analyzing data, compiling team notations, and creating detailed performance reports to demonstrate return on investment  Plan, schedule and manage tasks within project management platform to meet project deadlines and deliverables  Communicate across departments to ensure projects are on time, on target and on budget  Attend meetings and take notes to coordinate and adjust project schedules  Collaborate with team to creatively problem solve to get at risk projects on track  All other duties as assigned    Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Must have 5 years of agency experience  Special consideration given to those with Asana and Agency Analytics experience  Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field is required  Professional verbal and written communication skills  Capable of handling client relationships with an exceptional level of customer service and focus  Ability to work with different personality types and hold all team members accountable to expectations and deadlines including stakeholders and management  Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to prioritize and follow through in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment  Ability to analyze data and be a solution-oriented, creative problem solver  Fast learner with ability to work independently and take initiative but also thrive in a team environment  Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.    Working Conditions and Physical Effort:  Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.  Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.    Benefits:  Health Insurance.  Dental Insurance.  Vision Insurance.  Life Insurance.  Parental Leave.  Employee Discount’s.  401(k) Retirement Plan.  Responsible Time Off Policy.  Flexible Schedule (hybrid schedule/half day on Friday’s).    Disclaimer:  The information presented indicates the general nature and level of work expected of employees.
