The Bartender/Barista prepares and serves beverages—including coffee drinks, smoothies, mocktails, and specialty drinks—in a family-friendly restaurant and indoor playground setting. This role combines creativity with service excellence, ensuring that parents and guests enjoy a high-quality café experience while children enjoy the playground.
âś… Drink Program & Menu Creation
- Infuse creativity into presentation, garnishes, and ingredient sourcing.
- Stay current with café and beverage trends to enhance the guest experience.
✅ Bar/Café Operations & Inventory
- Oversee daily operations of the café/bar area including cleanliness, prep, and restocking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, syrups, and mixers.
âś… Guest Experience & Service
- Prepare drinks consistently, quickly, and with excellent presentation.
- Engage guests in a warm, friendly manner and provide product knowledge.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
âś… Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Assist in training and supporting baristas and café staff.
- Communicate specials or updates during pre-shift meetings.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
