BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Deliver individualized sessions in English and Spanish to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support Spanish-Speaking Caregivers: Serve as a welcoming, bilingual point of contact during parent drop-offs, pick-ups, and clinical check-ins.
Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child comfort, safety, and engagement in a vibrant clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Record real-time session metrics and write objective daily progress notes on a clinic tablet.
What We’re Looking For
Language Skills: Conversational to fluent in both Spanish and English (required for 1-on-1 care and caregiver interaction).
Credentials & Background: Active BACB RBT certification OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong background in childcare, teaching support, caregiving, customer service, or retail!
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
