About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to support our relationship management teams by executing administrative and operational activities related to client investment, trust & estate administration, fiduciary, and advisory services. This is a client-focused role requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll do

  • Execute day-to-day account servicing tasks including wires, fund transfers, bill payment, cash movement, gift processing, documentation, and account openings/closures.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, account reports, and presentation packages.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client records across all servicing systems.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and operations to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare account opening documents and obtain necessary approvals and legal materials.
  • Gain deep knowledge of internal systems and online tools to support servicing activities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and streamline internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent; 2–3 years of experience in financial services or client servicing preferred.
  • Prior experience with investment, trust & estate, or advisory services strongly preferred.
  • Series 65 license is preferred. Must be willing to obtain within 90 days.
