Clinic Operations Lead- Immediate Care Clinic

Position Highlights:

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Clinic Operations Lead to join the Immediate Care Clinic Team, this role is located in Omaha, NE. The Clinic Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating staff activities, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves collaborating with management and healthcare providers to optimize clinic performance, address operational challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance patient care delivery.

Shift Details:  

Full Time | 1.0 FTE

Immediate Care Clinics are open 7 days a week.

6PM - 10PM during the week

10AM - 8PM during the weekend

Job Duties: Clinic Operations Lead

Lead, direct and coordinate clinic staff in assisting and supporting clinic operations. Problem solve and work in collaboration with management, providers, and clinical and support staff to ensure compliance with clinical and clerical policies and procedures and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience including one year of healthcare combined (One year of experience equals one year of education) required.

• Ability to problem solve required.

• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills required.

• Ability to multi-task required.

• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare preferred.

• Medical Assistant Diploma preferred.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
