What will you be doing?
Provide educational support to enrolled patients on the injection technique of approved Disease Modifying Therapies and provide education surrounding client-offered support servicesÂ
Provide approved disease state and prescribed therapy support to enrolled patients as agreed by the client and Inizio Engage Client Account Manager/Regional ManagerÂ
Use only Inizio Engage/Client approved materials at all times. Materials may not be changed or copied.Â
Attend and complete all required Inizio Engage training courses and competency assessments to an appropriate standard and within a specified time frameÂ
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.Â
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state lawsÂ
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities, and developments and to exchange knowledge and best practices within the teamÂ
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructionsÂ
Comply with all Inizio Engage policies and procedures, along with all client policy and proceduresÂ
Be contactable during working hours to answer queries and perform dutiesÂ
Possess a full, valid United States driver’s license at all times and notify Inizio Engage immediately of any offenses or accumulation of penalty pointsÂ
Perform other duties as requestedÂ
What do you need for this position?Â
Qualified Registered Nurse with current state licenseÂ
Associate/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experienceÂ
2 years’ experience working in disease state preferred but not essentialÂ
Clinical educator experience within the pharmaceutical industry advantageous but not essentialÂ
Excellent professional communication and presentation skills requiredÂ
Ability to present to various groups including physicians, nurses, and other office staffÂ
Self-starter with high personal motivationÂ
Demonstrate organizational skills and/or have previous territory management experienceÂ
Willingness to travel as needed within designated territory, attend regional/national meetings, and assist with coverage needs where ableÂ
The base pay range for this position is $85K – $157K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
