This position is responsible for leading the onboarding, development, and support of the Recruiting Sales Managers across all regions. Responsible for researching, designing, communicating and administering a comprehensive program that supports the efforts in recruiting, enabling Recruiting Sales Managers to strategically grow their area. Supports business objectives, recruiting, and retention goals. Continuously monitors and evaluates results of the program, methods of recruiting and training, and recommends necessary program enhancements or improvements; project planning, budget management, and achieving operational goals and objectives to positively impact sales results.

We are looking for someone to:Â Â Â
- Directs the creation, implementation & ongoing support of a recruiting and development strategy for Recruiting Sales Managers; focuses on recruiting, development, and retention for strategically growing target markets.
- Establishes a daily schedule that is sent to Recruiting Sales Managers on a weekly basis to support their efforts to become successful including expectations for Joint sales work and recruiting to be sent each week!
- Establishes Recruiting Sales Manager training modules in partnership with the SVP and Director Sales.
- Contacts all Recruiting Sales Managers contracted in the last 12 months every week to review efforts and provide support to reach identified goals.
- Conducts in-person and virtual meetings with Recruiting Sales Managers to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support needed to grow a successful business.
- Provides weekly progress updates to Sales Managers.
- Help us continue the message of growing the number of President’s Builders in each region.
- Aligns with the Sales Managers’ strategy to increase the number of members effectively serviced each day through consistent recruiting, development, and field support efforts.
- Oversees the day-to-day contracting, compensation, accounting, and production reporting operations to ensure the department is meeting goals and objectives, is following policies and procedures and is providing services effectively and efficiently; takes corrective action as appropriate.
- Provides technical leadership on company systems, production, compensation, documentation, and standards.
- Meets attendance and punctuality expectations in accordance with supervisor and WoodmenLife policy requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

We need someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Â
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, recruiting strategy, field management support, or the insurance/financial services industry.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and produce manuals.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large and small groups of executives, managers, and customers.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Insurance and Employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to manage aggressive deadlines with conflicting internal and external customers with available resources.
- The ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service.
- Engages well with others and are passionate about providing exemplary customer experience
