General Function:

The E-commerce Fulfillment Inventory Coordinator supports fulfillment operations by maintaining product inventory and pricing accuracy across digital systems. This role ensures timely data entry, precise item availability, and correct product information for online orders. The coordinator plays a key role in minimizing inventory discrepancies, supporting operational efficiency, and upholding data integrity throughout the E-commerce Fulfillment Center.

Accountable and Reports to: Director, E-commerce Fulfillment Center; E-commerce Manager; E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Managers

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate inventory records, item descriptions, and pricing in order fulfillment systems.
  • Supports inventory accuracy through audits, system updates, and close coordination with fulfillment operations.
  • Processes and monitors price changes, promotional setups, and new item entries in inventory systems.
  • Collaborates with fulfillment leadership to resolve product data discrepancies and inventory issues.
  • Schedules and executes regular inventory verification audits to ensure real-time system accuracy.
  • Analyzes inventory reports to identify excess, obsolete, or unsellable items and initiates resolution steps.
  • Assists with creating and managing replenishment orders and system-based inventory forecasts
  • Maintains data integrity by consistently updating internal systems and databases.
  • Supports physical inventory processes including cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Coordinates with vendors and receiving teams for accurate product entries, costs, and invoicing details.
  • Generates reports and metrics related to inventory levels, shrink, and system accuracy.
  • Trains team members on inventory-related software and procedures.
  • Adheres to company policies, operational guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in inventory coordination, logistics, or order fulfillment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to view computer screens for extended periods and perform data entry.
  • Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
  • May work intermittently in temperature-controlled areas, including coolers and freezers.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. Continuous exposure to noise, temperature changes, moving equipment, and deadline pressure. Fast-paced and team-oriented workplace.
