What We Have For You:

As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, business sales, event management and real estate auction services. Your exposure to all things real estate will give you the tools to expand your knowledge and your career. This role reports to and works directly with the CEO and requires collaborating with the directors of commercial and residential sales, commercial and residential agents, the marketing team, accounting and vendors. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, a welcoming attitude, and strong communication skills! PJ Morgan Real Estate leads by example and models behavior that is consistent with its company values - the ideal candidate would do the same!

The Scope of Work

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and daily priorities to ensure alignment with revenue-generating activities.
  • Serve as gatekeeper for communications, screening calls and emails, drafting correspondence, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and summaries to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage projects, create streamlined workflows, and improve internal systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor expenses and invoice processing, and basic financial tracking related to business operations.
  • Lead or support special projects, research initiatives, and business development efforts as directed by the CEO.
  • Lead logistical coordination for events and meetings, including venue procurement, vendor , contract management, and on-site execution support.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals including leadership, coworkers, vendors, clients, and customers
  • Exhibits discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Displays above average written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate directly and openly with the executive team
  • Models a strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously, make sound judgement calls, and switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically adept with strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Must have a thorough understanding of Outlook email and calendar management
  • Desires continuous professional self-development
