General Manager – Collision Repair

Kaizen Collision Center – Omaha, Nebraska
Full-Time | Competitive Compensation + Performance Incentives

Already Running a Successful Collision Center?

Good. We're looking for someone who's already proven they can.

Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced General Manager in Omaha, Nebraska, and we're not looking for someone who simply wants the title.

We're looking for a proven collision repair leader who knows how to run the business, lead the team, drive production, understand the numbers, and deliver results.

If you're already successful where you are but wondering whether there's a bigger opportunity available, this may be worth a conversation.

You don't have to be actively looking.

You just have to be open to what's next.

What We're Looking For

You know what a successful collision center looks like because you've helped build one.

You understand:

  • Production and repair flow
  • Sales and profitability
  • Cycle time and touch time
  • Estimator performance
  • Technician productivity
  • Supplements and repair planning
  • Parts management and bottlenecks
  • Customer satisfaction and CSI
  • Insurance and DRP relationships
  • Recruiting and employee retention
  • KPIs and financial performance

Most importantly, you know how to lead people and hold a team accountable while earning their respect.

What You'll Own

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, including:

  • Lead day-to-day collision center operations
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Manage production flow and cycle time
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain employees
  • Monitor technician and estimator performance
  • Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
  • Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure safe, high-quality repairs
  • Monitor KPIs and take action when performance falls short
  • Manage staffing and workforce planning
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance

This isn't a position where you'll sit in an office and watch reports.

You'll lead the operation.

Who We're After

We're interested in talking with candidates who have:

  • 2+ years of collision repair management experience
  • Proven experience managing a collision repair facility
  • Strong understanding of collision repair production and workflow
  • Experience with insurance carriers and DRP programs
  • Strong financial and KPI knowledge
  • Experience recruiting and developing employees
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license

Experience leading a high-volume collision repair operation is strongly preferred.

Why Omaha?

Our Omaha operations serve customers throughout:

The work is here.

We're looking for the leader who knows what to do with it.
