What You’ll Do

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our community fresh, safe, and inviting:

Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting)
Complete scheduled and project-based cleaning, including occasional emergency clean-ups
Maintain assigned cleaning schedules and report any damages or maintenance needs
Properly use and care for cleaning equipment
Monitor and communicate supply and inventory needs
Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals
Assist with light plant care (watering and pruning) in assigned areas

What You’ll Need

Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and supplies
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
