Prospective Independent Contractors are required to provide the following documentation:
- Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status
- Worker's Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Additional verifiable business references
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Favorable results from background investigations
- Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required
- Note: Sole proprietorships will not be considered.
- This is a contracted position. Therefore, benefits are not included.
