Warehouse Lead – 1st Shift

Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Bilingual is a plus but not required

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to help oversee our offsite wax warehouse. This person will work alongside temporary employees and make sure the daily work is being done correctly, efficiently, and safely.

We’re looking for someone who is a hands-on leader, can take initiative, and has good basic problem-solving skills. You don’t need to have all the answers, but you should be comfortable figuring things out and handling issues as they come up.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee temporary warehouse employees.
Keep track of temporary employees’ hours and attendance.
Make sure temps are packaging and handling the wax correctly.
Rebox large boxes of wax as needed.
Package wax into 2 lb, 5 lb, and 10 lb bags.
Make sure products are packaged accurately and meet our standards.
Help keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently.
Handle basic issues that come up during the workday and know when to ask for help.
Communicate with management regarding employee performance, production, or warehouse issues.
Help train temporary employees on the proper packaging process.
Monitor warehouse temperatures and make sure they remain within the required range.
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
