We see dogs, cats, and pocket pets and offer a comprehensive range of services, including wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and more. We're looking for a Full-Time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident and proficient in surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry.
QualificationsÂ
2+ years experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.Â
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Â
Veterinary Technician Certification required - or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements. ​
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Assist Veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical and dental procedures.Â
Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.Â
Collect lab samples and maintainaccurate patient records.Â
Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.Â
Compensation $25-$30/hr, depending on experience.
