Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro.

Pay: Starting at $19.00+ per hour based upon experience

Requirements for Maintenance Tech:  

  • One year of experience performing building maintenance
  • HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech:

  • Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily
  • Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care
  • Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting
  • Documenting completed work
  • Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner
  • Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled
