Shifts: All Shifts run Monday through Friday. Some weekends required. The hours are as follows. 1st Shift 6:55am - 3:00pm $15.00 Requirements to Perform Essential Job Functions: Must have the ability to read and understand the Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and follow instructions accurately. Must maintain accurate production sheets at all times. Must be able to communicate machine or product issues to supervisors. Communication is a must to be able to review workload with previous shift. Punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance for company success. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Conduct visual inspections for cosmetic defects on products. Possess basic math skills for counting and adding. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move between areas. The ability to use both hands for grasping, clipping, trimming, etc. Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
