Position Summary The Project Manager III leads the full lifecycle of design and construction projects for government facilities. This role manages scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning through closeout Develop scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and support procurement Oversee daily field operations as on-site construction manager or inspector Review and approve design documents, submittals, and cost estimates Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and government stakeholders Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and project turnover Evaluate construction quality across building systems (HVAC, BAS, electrical, fire, mechanical) Maintain documentation and ensure code compliance Lead meetings and manage stakeholder communication Travel to project sites as needed QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or 10 years of relevant experience Master’s degree preferred Strong knowledge of building design, construction methods, and systems Proficiency in project management, scheduling, cost estimating, and construction documentation Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with project management and estimating tools Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams Why Choose MIRACORP?
