Job Summary: As a Relocation Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll activities related to global mobility and relocation programs. This role is responsible for monitoring relocation-related payroll, calculating gross-ups, performing reconciliations, and assisting with year-end reporting. The Payroll Specialist will maintain accurate transferee tax records and collaborate with third-party tax providers to ensure timely and accurate tax payments and reporting.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct ongoing payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completenessÂ
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and summaries tailored to client needsÂ
- Support year-end processes, ensuring proper reporting of relocation expenses in payrollÂ
- Maintain accurate transferee tax data, including taxable relocation benefitsÂ
- Track and process tax payments submitted by third-party tax providersÂ
- Partner with internal teams and client payroll contacts to ensure timely and accurate data flowÂ
- Ensure compliance with client-specific payroll and reporting standards Exemplify alignment with company core values
- Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance and timeliness completing all work responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members and partners across the organization
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll, relocation payroll, or tax reimbursement programs strongly preferredÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredÂ
- Experience with payroll/financial systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday) is a plusÂ
Skills / Abilities:
- Solid understanding of gross-up calculations, taxable relocations benefits and payroll reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and ten-key by touch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment and ensure compliance and accuracyÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problemsÂ
- Strong aptitude for numerical data
- Strong analytical skills
