Responsible for supporting both the sales and sales support teams in the commercialization of products.Â

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

This employee will work via phone and e-mail with internal and external customers, including but not limited to the following duties performed on a daily basis:
Â
- Responsible for shipping samples to arrive on time at the lowest possible cost.
- Responsible for maintaining sample room and ensuring new products are added and obsolete products are removed.
- Issue corporate Reclass as directed.
- Coordinate mockup process and distribution.
- Handle customer requests for images, SDS, COI, and specifications.
- Provide support for existing product conversion projects.
- Responsible for sell sheets.
- Back-up support for Sales Analysts.
- Customer item set up request forms.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports based on sales related projects and activities.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and prioritize.
- Ability to work with others at varying levels.
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
