We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the building, staging and loading of outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel. Duties/Responsibilities: Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members. Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse. Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility. Plan staffing assignments, equipment and necessary space to complete the loading process. Maintain adequate Inventory levels of all products based on business needs. Maintain adequate Warehouse inventory. Order product from suppliers for warehouse inventory. Oversee equipment staging and movement to ensure loading proceeds timely. Secure company assets. Manage within labor and OPEX budget. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. QualificationsEducation/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required. Requires experience managing people/budgets. 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred. Computer and database application skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems and voice picking equipment preferred. Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product. Truck/Trailer backing experience preferred. Forklift certification is required within 60 days of employment. Class A CDL preferred Required Skills/Abilities: Communication Skills Dexterity Skills Problem Solving Interpersonal Skills Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisor Work Environment: Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus Ability to push/pull <55 lbs. Ability to lift/carry <55 lbs. EOE Hours: Monday thru Friday; 11am-9pm extended hours as needed Salary based upon experience
