If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service...we want you to be on our team!  Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, and honest with strong beverage service experience. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator.  Bartender responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests, interacting with customers, taking food & drink orders, serving guests with a warm, friendly smile, guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, teamwork of all varieties, reporting thoroughly to management, being responsible for cash and credit payments, etc. Bartender Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred.  Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.  Valid alcohol certification.  Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients.  Preparing ingredients for service, including cutting, peeling, stuffing, etc.  Labeling & stocking all bar ingredients & garnishes so they are organized & easily accessible.  Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards.  Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).  Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.  Experience serving food.
