Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Clinical Manager to lead operations within Sports Medicine & Athletic Training in Onalaska, WI. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and support strategic growth across several subspecialties.
What You Will Do:
Provide management and clinical expertise to the Outreach Athletic Trainers and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout Sports Medicine.
Oversee a team of approximately 27Â direct reports, including Athletic Trainers, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Department Secretary.
Collaborate closely with fellow Clinic Managers, Clinical Operations Director, and Medical Director to achieve unit goals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff development, and high-quality patient care.
Participate in strategic planning and change facilitation, including competency development and cross-coverage coordination.

What You Need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to clinical specialty
1 year of management experience
