e-Commerce Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time / Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and (1-2 Saturdays per month)
Location: Onalaska, WI
Starting Wage: $20.85/hour - $24.00/hour (dependent upon experience)
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You’ll Do

As an e-Commerce Specialist at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you’ll help set item values and create listings using a multichannel sales tool across platforms like Amazon and eBay. You’ll also manage sold inventory, ship items, and support customers before and after the sale—delivering a great experience every step of the way.

Day-to-day activities may include:

Gather relevant information from technicians and the ERP system
Determine value of items using comparison tools and resources
Photograph items and draft accurate, appealing descriptions
Clean, prepare, and package items for shipment
Answer customer inquiries, post-sale questions, returns, and refunds
Effectively construct build-to-order materials
Audit material at each stage
Ensure accuracy within listings and materials
Provide miscellaneous support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Basic math skills
High attention to detail

Bonus qualifications (nice to have):

Knowledge of the value of electronics
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to track numbers and recognize units that have value
Knowledge of eBay selling

What Your Work Environment Will Be Like

On-site role based in Onalaska, WI
Regular schedule includes two Saturdays per month
