Electronics Sort Technician – No Nights, No Weekends!

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Onalaska, WI (Building A)
Starting Wage: $18.75–$20.75/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You’ll Do

  • Sort desktops, laptops, wireless devices, and other peripherals for reuse or recycling
  • Disassemble electronics to harvest valuable components
  • Weigh and track materials, and document results in our ERP system
  • Use pallet jacks, basic hand tools, and occasionally heavy equipment
  • Assess the value and quality of incoming electronics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and components
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, warehouse production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Able to work on your feet for a 10-hour shift

Bonus points if you have experience in electronics, recycling, assembly, or construction—but not required if you’re eager to learn!
