What You’ll Do:

Ensures that our building's common areas and apartments are clean and sanitary to quality standards.
Light cleaning in apartments, common areas and thorough cleaning of bathrooms twice per week.
Deep clean apartments for turnovers to wipe down/sanitizing all surfaces of apartment, refrigerator in and out, cupboards in and out, baseboards, windows, etc.
Report any defects, maintenance concerns, or stains that cannot be removed to Maintenance Supervisor
Complete other cleaning tasks as requested by Maintenance Supervisor
Keep inventory of supplies well stocked.
Support community pride through a polished, high-quality appearance
Contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents and visitors

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED, preferred
Minimum of one year of housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience, required
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (lifting, standing, reaching, etc.)
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
