Every day is an opportunity to help someone gain confidence, build independence, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming Helping prepare meals and encouraging healthy living Supporting medication administration according to agency policies Assisting with housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable home Transporting individuals to work, appointments, shopping, and community activities Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth Building meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you support Supporting recreational activities, hobbies, and community involvement Completing daily documentation and progress notes Following all health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines Working collaboratively with coworkers, families, and healthcare professionals Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate achievements, encourage independence, and make a meaningful difference in someone's life. Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Ability to pass required background checks Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable Preferred Experience Experience is helpful but not required.
