Pay Range: $24.66 to $36.99Â
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Retail Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate store financial reporting and lead a team of Retail Accounting Coordinators. This role focuses on auditing sales, expenses, inventory, and cash management while supporting store teams and developing staff.
What You’ll Do
Financial Review & Auditing
Â
- Perform detailed analysis and investigation of cash variances to ensure accurate reporting of cash variances
- Review reports for accurate sales, expenses, inventory, and cash over/short.
- Reconcile bank accounts, lottery, money orders, food delivery, and other GL accounts.
- Analyze and review reports of missing sales or incorrectly rang up sales and correct as needed

Store Support
- Communicate procedure updates and request missing information from stores.
- Answer store questions and research paperwork issues.
- Maintain contact with the retail locations on any changes made to paperwork.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members.
- Support complex research on cash.
- Set goals, track progress, and provide performance feedback.
- Create and deliver training materials.
- Collaborate with other departments on process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Develop procedures and reporting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, inventory, customer service, or supervision.
- Knowledge of retail inventory and cash management processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with navigating multiple technology platforms
- Ability to learn new technology platforms as needed (example: new POS system)
- Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to analyze store data and provide feedback
- Proficient typing and 10 key skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Work schedule:Â Â Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
