As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care while helping residents maintain their health, comfort, and independence. You will work closely with CNAs, RNs, providers, therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive attentive, individualized care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician/provider orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Complete nursing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team to coordinate resident care.
  • Communicate with residents, families, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Respond to resident needs and help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve through compassionate and attentive care.
  • Active and valid LPN license in good standing.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to work on-site.
