Job Description

Job Title:Field Marketing Analyst Department:Property Management Reports to:Director of Field Marketing Classification:Non-Exempt, Full-Time


Summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group is a dynamic and collaborative organization driven by a passion for retail real estate and operational excellence. Our Field Marketing Department leads the marketing strategy and direction for our commercial assets. The Field Marketing Analyst will support the Director of Field Marketing and leadership team to achieve the company’s marketing goals such as the development, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, events, and social media campaigns related to our commercial assets. The Marketing Analyst will oversee all social media analytics to ensure our properties are staying within company standards, as well as support the Field Marketing Leadership Team by assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of properties and new Field Marketing Managers, overseeing the use of our CRM platform for all email and SMS initiatives, coordinating marketing materials and contracts, and supporting the development and implementation of department processes, procedures, and initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a third-party social media coordinator to coordinate all digital campaigns for properties that do not have a Marketing Manager onsite.
  • Monitor the social media activity for all commercial assets.
  • Coordinate the delivery of portfolio-wide holiday and sale campaign graphics across all properties including production and scheduling.
  • Proactively stay up to date on social media and industry trends.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of all important marketing KPIs and event recaps for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Field Marketing and the Regional Marketing Manager on developing creative direction and new digital campaigns for field properties such as holiday campaigns, new annual incentives, and social media campaigns.
  • Assist the marketing leadership team with the rollout of new internal marketing processes and procedures.
  • Write seasonal, SEO-focused, blog-style content for property news pages, highlighting relevant events, promotions, shopping trends, and other timely topics.
  • Review and organize all Marketing Agreement contracts that come through the

corporate office for signature from the Field Marketing Managers.

  • Coordinate the training of new Field Marketing Managers and newly onboarded properties including, but not limited to, creating a training schedule, updating training documents, tracking progress, and hosting training sessions as needed.
  • Alongside the Director of Field Marketing and the Regional Field Manager, help ensure the department’s goals and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on the annual budget review process.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team on the onboarding and offboarding of new properties including, but not limited to, social media account ownership transfers, Google Business Profile ownership transfers, email and SMS database transfers, company-branded leasing signage, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits related to property websites and social media standards.
  • Manage the property CRM portfolio for email and SMS databases including, but not limited to, onboarding new properties onto our CRM platform, creating seasonal pop-ups, creating custom landing pages for onsite giveaways and event signups, creating and updating relevant sending automations, etc.
  • Coordinate the delivery of company-branded items including, but not limited to, company-branded door clings, business cards, property envelopes, etc.
  • Assist the Director of Field Marketing in collecting property marketing plans and other important information for cross-departmental use.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis.


Qualification Requirements

platforms (specifically Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)

  • Knowledgeable on the latest social media trends
  • Knowledgeable on how to analyze social media analytics
  • Knowledge of how paid social media works and should be optimized creatively
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Ability to work with creative design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe

InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) and has an understanding for design principles.

  • Key understanding of marketing best practices and processes.
  • Highly collaborative and enjoys working with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data and research findings into clear, understandable

insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Education and/or Experience

 

  • 1-3 years experience in marketing/social media marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital marketing/public relations or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, including word processing,

spreadsheets, and presentations; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok) and associated analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and processes.
  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly shopping centers, preferred.
