Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will support customers through a centralized call center environment, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service and delivery. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or call center experience and be comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake customer orders through a centralized call center
- Process credit card payments accurately
- Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Coordinate delivery schedules and negotiate timing with customers
- Work closely with quality control and office personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates within CRM systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or call center role
- Previous experience using CRM platforms or similar customer management systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital tools on both iOS and Android devices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
