We’re looking for a licensed, experienced Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Perform safe and effective patient handling and restraint.
- Support preventive care, vaccinations, and client education.
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and sample collection.
- Assist with diagnostic testing, including radiographs and in-house laboratory work.
- Perform dental prophylaxis and obtain dental radiographs.
- Assist with anesthesia monitoring, surgical procedures, and postoperative recovery.
- Support emergency and surgical care as needed.
- Educate clients about medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home care.
- Maintain accurate, concise patient records and documentation of client interactions.
What You’ll Bring
- Current Veterinary Technician licensure.
- Previous professional veterinary technician experience.
- Knowledge of preventive care and vaccine protocols.
- Experience with anesthesia monitoring.
- Competency in emergency and surgical care, including IV catheter placement.
- Experience with radiographs, phlebotomy, sample collection, and in-house laboratory work.
- Professional and compassionate communication with clients and teammates.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate medical documentation skills.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset.
- A commitment to high-quality medicine and exceptional patient care.
