- Board: Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Licenses: Active OR license or IMLC
- DEA: Active DEA and CSR
- Certifications: BLS
- Proof of COVID vaccination required
- Clean record
- Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days
- GYN case logs
- Provide 24-hour pager call coverage for OB/GYN emergencies for 5-7 consecutive day blocks.
- Manage low-volume ED GYN consultations (1-2 per month).
- Conduct clinic visits as needed to cover for the 0.5 FTE provider, including prenatal and gynecological care.
- Perform deliveries (full scope) during clinic hours as required.
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including inpatient and outpatient services.
