Job DetailsJob Location: Ontario, OR 97914Salary Range: $35.88 - $35.88 HourlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned) Provide diagnostic assessments/evaluations with DSM V diagnoses, develop treatment plans, provide individualized case management and counseling to individuals, couples, family, and groups. Make appropriate referrals. May provide education and support to clients and families, skills training, and outreach to client homes. Develop and review treatment plans to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions. Provide crisis intervention, counseling, evaluations, and related services. Provide clinical oversight. Difficult cases and crisis management are emphasized with treatment plan. Provide supervision, consultation, education and training for other program staff and community agencies and groups. Provide supervision for licensure for program staff as well as for graduate level interns. May provide clinical review and/or supervision of work by other clinicians or subcontracted programs. Complete paperwork within agency expected timelines. Document into agency’s electronic medical record. May act as liaison and provide consultation, education and information to community agencies that routinely encounter individuals with mental or emotional disturbances. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team structure to expand clinical competency, staff cases, and ensure thorough client care. Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure. Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and records.
