Wrapper Operator / Machine Operator

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Wrapper Operator to join the BAR DIVISION at our ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA location. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Shift Hours: 3pm - 3:30am; weekend availability required 

Position Summary:

The Wrapper Operator is responsible for operating wrapping equipment to package individual bars into foil or other primary packaging materials. This role ensures proper wrapping, sealing, and presentation of finished products while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with safety and food manufacturing requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Operate wrapper machines to package individual bars into foil or primary packaging.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor wrapping equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Ensure correct film alignment, sealing, and wrapping consistency for finished products.
• Monitor product flow and clear minor jams or misfeeds during operation.
• Inspect wrapped products for quality, including seal integrity and appearance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions or downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and production procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and surrounding work areas to meet sanitation standards.
• Support production team to meet output and efficiency targets.

Additional Duties:

• Support cross-functional production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience with packaging or wrapping equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.

Physical Demands:

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks in a production environment, with reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable laws.

Work Environment:

This position operates in an on-site production environment with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures, requiring adherence to safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
