Sonic Summary

The position involves collaborating with the primary case management agency to provide case management for youth and families in dependency care.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services from an accredited institution is required.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in child welfare and/or case management.
A Master’s Degree is preferred, along with Child Welfare Certification or Case Manager Certification.
Additionally, applicants must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsible for working collaboratively with the primary case management agency in providing case management to youth and families in dependency care in order to advocate for their safety, well-being and permanency.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services field from an accredited college/university required.

PLUS two (2) years child welfare and / or case management experience required.

Master’s Degree preferred.

Child Welfare Certification or Case Manager Certification required.

Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record.
