CRAFT is seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Specialist to join our Operations Control Center team. This role supports flight dispatch, full crew scheduling responsibility, and client service coordination in a fast-paced private aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Flight dispatch support and operational coordination
- Full responsibility for crew scheduling, including understanding regulatory, duty, and rest requirements
- Client service and trip support communication
- Real-time operational monitoring and problem solving
- Collaboration with pilots, maintenance, and operations teams

- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) – REQUIRED
- Ability to work on-site at Opa-locka Airport
- Willingness to work a rotational 4-day shift schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform under time pressure
- Schedule: Rotational shift schedule (4 days on / shared coverage)
Aviation operations experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
