Who You Are:

You are a motivated and dependable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork. You excel in organization and time management, ensuring materials and tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. With hands-on experience in warehouse operations, you understand the importance of precision, especially when preparing and cutting materials for production. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety set you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing aluminum profiles.
  • Store materials such as aluminum panels in designated warehouse locations to maintain organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in moving aluminum panels between the production area as needed
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks containing raw materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Support team members and production staff to meet daily operational goals.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned..

Physical and Safety Requirements:

  • Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely consistently throughout the shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to maintain sufficient visual acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely navigate the warehouse, identify hazards, read labels and signage, monitor equipment operation, and perform job duties safely and accurately.
  • Ability to maintain sufficient hearing ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, hear safety warnings, alarms, vehicle horns, equipment signals, and other auditory cues necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hard hat.
  • Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
  • Experience with metal cutting tools or machinery is a plus.
  • Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
