About the Role:

The Warehouse Dispatcher - Bilingual English & Spanish plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing logistics. This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, optimizing delivery schedules, and managing inventory levels. The dispatcher will communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. By utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the dispatcher will contribute to minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency in our supply chain. Ultimately, this role is vital for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review and prioritize all incoming customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready before dispatching.
• Assist with pulling, staging, and verifying materials for outgoing deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Occasionally aid drivers with deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Provide support to team members and clients, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Able to perform the essential duties of the job.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Must have physical strength and stamina to pull, lift, carry, and push materials up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to maintain adequate visual acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation, to read labels, product information, work instructions, and inventory documents.
• Ability to distinguish colors, shapes, and details as necessary for accurate product identification, and workplace safety.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hard hat.
• Must follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times.
