路 Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department.
路 Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person
路 Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices
路 Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion
路 Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history.
路 Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers.聽
路 Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed.聽
路 Complete other various duties assigned by management.
Requirements
聽聽
路 Minimum of three (3) years experience in the service industry scheduling or dispatching preferably in the HVAC, electrical, or automotive environment.
路 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
路 Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
路 Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting
路 Ability to prioritize, adapt and remain calm in stressful situations.聽
