What You’ll Do

  • Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
  • Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
  • Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
  • Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
  • Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
  • Must pass a background check and random drug tests
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
